The training session organized under the theme “Mastering Public Administration: Transition to Program-Based Budgeting” concluded today, Friday, August 21, 2026, at the headquarters of the Center for Educational Studies and Research. The training was attended by a number of senior officials and executives from public institutions.
The closing ceremony provided an opportunity for the President of the Center, Dr. El Moctar Hende, to reaffirm the Center’s commitment to continuing to organize training programs. He noted that additional, more in-depth and specialized training sessions covering various fields would be organized in the future.
For their part, the participants praised the quality of the training and the richness of its content, considering it to be distinguished from many of the training programs they had previously attended, particularly in terms of the quality of instruction, the clarity of the program, and the methodology used to present and communicate information in a practical, clear, and accessible manner.
