Dr. El Moctar Hende, the president of the Center for Educational Studies and Research, sends the educational expert and researcher in contemporary strategies, Abe Sheikh Mohamed Fadel, during the first week of February 2025, to sign a cooperation agreement on behalf of the Center with the Dialogue Center for Political and Media Studies in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

This agreement stipulates the need to accelerate cooperation and joint work, particularly in the scientific and development fields, through conferences, seminars, publishing, training, and exchange of expertise. It is worth noting that the Dialogue Center is the Egyptian entity responsible for preparing and publishing the journal “Mauritanian Affairs,” the only international media platform specializing in Mauritanian affairs. The Center for Educational Studies and Research, represented by its Executive Director, has assumed the chairmanship of the magazine’s board of directors and will work to twin it with a specialized counterpart in educational fields, which will be published in Mauritania. Egyptian experts and researchers will be included among its permanent staff.
