On February 27, 2025, the Director of the Center for Educational Studies and Research, consultant expert Abba Sheikh Muhammad Fadil, and the Secretary-General of the World Forum for Future Studies, Dr. Rania Abu Al-Khair, signed a partnership agreement on the sidelines of the international symposium held in Cairo on Mauritanian-Egyptian relations. The agreement aims to strengthen research, academic, and training partnerships through the implementation of joint research projects on Arab scientific, academic, economic, and investment issues, in addition to the exchange of researchers and experts between the two parties and the organization of specialized courses for researchers and students. This agreement also includes providing technical and advisory support on issues of mutual interest and exchanging relevant publications, studies, and research.
